Time N’or Tide Charters is a family run tuna chartering outfit out of Margaree Harbor, Cape Breton. We also offer other fishing excursions; availability depending on the seasons.
Other adventures include boat tours of the local marine area and wildlife, such as whales, seals and more. Customized excursions can be organized upon request.

Meet the Captain
J Lauchlin MacKinnon is the captain of Time N’or Tide and the proud father of his crew. He was born and raised in Margaree Harbor with fishing in his blood. He grew up around the wharf, with his own father. He has been a commercial fisherman his whole life and has great knowledge and experience of the marine environment and the local area. He has a great passion for the ocean. Throughout all seasons of the year, Lauchlin fishes, from tuna, to lobster and crab, to halibut and scallops.
